For Your Viewing Enjoyment

First of all, thank you for all your kind comments on my last blog post. They were so kind and heartfelt. My BabyBoy (19 next month) is still reeling from the excitement of being called to New Zealand.

As for me, I've been under the weather for awhile and so I thought I'd post pictures of a quilt I worked on a few weeks ago. A lovely homespun patchwork of baskets and vines. Of course I did swirls throughout, (you know me!) but I thought leaves mixed in would be nice too. Enjoy!
Now get back to work Vivian! (I wish! Still not up to it yet!)

The homespuns look so classy in your basket applique. Great look.

Very pretty and so comfy looking. I like your swirls and leaves, a good choice for a soft finish

Vivian, I'm really sorry that you've not been feeling well. I've been following you as well on Twitter and I can't imagine how ill you must feel in addition to feeling down about your illness and not being able to be helped by medicine.

I love looking at your quilting. You are a true artist. I've commented before that quilting makes a quilt and this belief is exhibited ten fold by your artistry. I hope you feel better soon....and can get back to making the world a better place one quilt at a time!
