All is well, all is well...

My great, great grandfather, William Clayton wrote the words to a hymn called "Come Come Ye Saints." In it there is a line that says, "Do this, and joy your hearts will swell—All is well! All is well!" Those words came to my mind today. as I was informed that my mammo test came back fine. No problem. Just fatty tissue. Such a relief! Happy day, all is well!

Looking forward to a nice weekend. So much to do and think about. Good things: my daughter Julie's wedding plans, an upcoming trip to the Machine Quilters Showcase, in Overland Park, Kansas, a camping trip in Cimarron, New Mexico with my husband and son, and lots of beautiful quilts I look forward to working on.
At right: my great-great-grandmother, Sarah Ann Walters Clayton 1838-1915, (2nd from right, seated), Mormon handcart pioneer of 1856, the seventh wife of William Clayton. She is pictured here with her six daughters. Sitting at her left is my great-grandmother Victoria Clayton McCune.
