At the end of a post I wrote a few weeks ago, I mentioned that I used to carpool a girl to school with my kids who later became the Audrina Patridge you see on the reality TV show, The Hills. Well, Daughter #2 wrote a post about it which was later posted to a celebrity gossip website. In one day she got over 4000 hits to her blog! Can you believe it? Here's a Mariner's compass I just finished for a customer. She pieced it very well. I love the fabric. I used King Tut thread for my machine quilting, but was having some trouble with a lot of breakage. So I did what a fellow blogger suggested. Put the thread in the refrigerator! And it helped. I guess it just needed to chill out!

And speaking of celebrities...

The Purse Dog always has the paparazzi snapping pictures of her.

Ok, ok! Doesn't proper celebrity etiquette say that I have to give the paparazzi one good pose? Now if I do this will you leave me alone and so I can get back to chewing up my little friend? I've got a tight schedule, you know!
